Throughout the year, Sehaam Cyrene (the course creator and tutor) enrols CxOs and senior leaders in peer level, intimate cohorts (max. 12 leaders per cohort) for accelerated growth and application of Coach-Leadership skills.

Sehaam leads you on 10x weekly, two-hour online Live Practice Calls to share learnings and practice skills with real coaching practice, and she gives you instant guidance and feedback so you apply your skills immediately and directly with your team.

Priced at £3498 (including VAT) per leader and requires an active Subscription to Leaders Who Coach™ AI. Gives you access to confidential One-to-One Success Calls with Sehaam for coaching and mentoring throughout the programme.

You earn 45 CPD Credits and a CPD Completion Certificate on graduation. Consistently awarded 10/10 NPS by graduating leaders.
