Beta Terms of Service

Welcome to the SEHAAM AI® Beta Programme. By requesting, accessing, or using the SEHAAM AI® Beta chatbot service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Beta Tester Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not request or use access to the Service.

Leaders Who Coach™ and Sehaam AI® are trademarks of Coach Lead Limited.

Our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. Scope of Beta License

  • Grant of Access: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Coach Lead Limited and SEHAAM AI® grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and evaluate the Service solely for personal or professional development testing purposes.
  • Evaluation Purpose: The Service is in a pre-release (Beta) state. Features, functionality, and performance may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. User Eligibility & Non-Competitor Warranty

  • You represent and warrant that you are requesting access strictly to evaluate the Service for your own leadership development or internal team use.
  • You explicitly confirm that you are not an independent executive coach, coaching consultant, provider of competitive coaching services, or acting on behalf of a competitor.

3. Intellectual Property & Strict Restrictions

All right, title, and interest in and to SEHAAM AI®, including its underlying algorithms, prompt structures, proprietary coaching frameworks (Leaders Who Coach™), visual interfaces, and content, remain the exclusive property of Coach Lead LImited and SEHAAM AI®.

You agree that you will NOT, directly or indirectly:
  • Scrape, data-mine, crawl, or extract data or outputs from the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, prompts, or architecture of the Service.
  • Copy, frame, mirror, or redistribute any portion of the software, design, or proprietary frameworks.
  • Use outputs from the Service to train, fine-tune, or develop competing artificial intelligence models or coaching products.

4. Confidentiality

The Service, including its design, user interface, features, prompt responses, and performance, constitutes confidential and proprietary information of Coach Lead Limited and SEHAAM AI®. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding your experience with the Beta Service and agree not to publish reviews, screenshots, recordings, or public commentary without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Advice & Data Privacy

  • Educational Tool: The Service is an AI-powered educational resource. It does not provide certified human HR, legal, medical, or formal counselling advice.
  • User Judgement: You agree to apply sound human discretion and professional judgment to all AI-generated insights.
  • Prohibition on Sensitive Data: You agree not to input real employee names, personally identifiable information (PII), or confidential corporate data into the Service.

6. Termination of Access

Coach Lead Limited and SEHAAM AI® reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Beta access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including suspected breach of these terms.
